2) Based on what internal organs need more assistance Etta will determine what vitamin & mineral deficiency you have and base your meal plan to make sure your body is getting everything you need!
3) Understand the cause of your cravings and what is causing you to eat unhealthy food.
4) Depending on you're goals ( weight loss, maintaining weight, or weight gain ) I will create a complete personalized meal plan just for you, calculating your daily intake of Carb, Fat & protein ( calories ).
