Hey sweet soul, as im currently pregnate ive dedicated my time into creating a small training that you down load & do on your own time of high quality information tp protect, heal & stregthen mommy & baby! 
 
This project is important to me as their is a big lack of knowlege in the Prenatal Yoga Teaching world which can unnfortunetly lead to unhappy endings. So it's important that you dont just base yourself off of what some teacher says in class but i would like to inspire you to study for yourself to know what you should and should not do to avoid pan & abbortions. Thats why ive made it very cheap so it can be available to everyone as this is something special i want to share from my heart to yours!
